Hi Maurice and Steve,

I'm sorry, I suppose I was a bit confused.  What I thought Steve was saying 
that once you set your preferred reading grade to computer braille, the "advise 
when computer braille is required" option disappears from the keyboard settings 
list, which is not what happened with my unit.  I do still receive the prompt, 
but the option was still there.  Laura
