Bob, First, find out what's the five-digit serial number of your VN. It is written in Braille on the underside of the unit. You can also find out by pressing SPACE with I (READ with I) from the Main Menu, and then hit the SPACEBAR twice. The first five digits mentioned is your VN's serial number. Next, go to http://pulsedata.propagation.net/SDW/User/login.aspx and enter that serial number in the appropriate edit box, and type frog1 as the password, then click on the log-in button. You can download version 5 from there. Just follow the links.
