hi,
do the following.
1. space with o for options menu, space with i for support information mode.
then press f and the braillenote will talk and talk and talk.
just walk away ffrom it and let it do it's thing.
do not plug it in while doing this.
when it's done talking, plug the ac adapter in and  let it charge.
when it's done charging the gadge will be accurite again.
