[Braillenote] mail not logging in

Hi,

I cannot log into my pop server with the braillenote. Could it be temporarily 
down? I went into keysoft's internet explorer and went to www.mail2web.com and 
logged in so my email account is in fact working. But keymail will not log me 
in.
