I know Freedom Scientific, at one time, provided a unit when mine was in for repair. I had a maintainance agreement and this was done as part of that agreement. I've heard they've stopped doing this. It might be worth while to find out if there was some reason for discontinuing this program before PDI starts a loaner program of some sort. Just a thought.
