My BrailleNote was connecting fine to my computer via ActiveSync version 3.7
a few days ago.  Now when I try to connect, I get the following error
message:

connection dropped:  connection has been dropped.  Try reconnecting your
device.  If the problem persists check your serial cable and any user name,
password or domain that you are providing.  (See Communications
Troubleshooter in Windows CE services help for further information.)

I have checked the cable and the connection; all appears to be fine.  I have
done a reset and a reset with dots 4, 5, and 6 held down.  Still no help.
Any further suggestions?  Thanks.
