Hi Shelly. When you are sending a file attachment the BN just grabs the file
you specified and sends it. If you don't want that file format you need to
open the file in Keyword, hit space with s, then backspace with x until the
file type you want is specified. Then you'll be asked for a new file name,
and make sure it has the appropriate extension.
About the Internet freezing, the BN has somewhat limited Internet
capabilities. Some pages are too heavily loaded with graphics, which the BN
can't handle. Other times you may need to empty your cookies.
