Hi Paul, yes you would set the "modem to use" field in the Directory of Services to access a Hayes Compatible modem on com1. What else you do depends on what kind of phone you have. If you have a provider that uses high speed Internet, such as GPRS or CDMA 1x, then you will need the access number for that service from your carrier. if not, then you'd just put in a number for your ISP in the "number to call" field.
