hi I just wanted to thank all those on the list who continue to be so helpful to both myself and the others of us who are relatively new to the Braillenote. I really appreciate the fact that you are all so willing to share your hard-earned knowledge and save so many of us a lot of time and heartache in trying to solve problems.
Thanks also to Pulsedata for providing us with such a great product. Ok, it has its problems and shortcomings, but which product doesn't. Also, again thanks to Pulsedater (and in particular Dean Jackson) for monitoring the list so closely and for being prepared to answer so many queries. With best wishes to you all Donna Slater
