Hi Paul,
Although there is no single command to copy a folder, you can use the multiple 
wild card character to copy all files in a folder simultaneously as follows:
Go to the file manager menu.  Select copy file.  When prompted for the source 
folder, enter relevant drive and folder.  When prompted for source file press 
the command to reveal all files, bt space with x, QT  space with read.  Then 
press the multiple character wild card, the command can be obtained in the 
contextual help menu, but bt command is space with dots 35 and QT probably 
space with star.  you will be told how many files are selected and asked 
whether you want to confirm each file.  After specifying your destination 
folder, you will be advised how many files are copied.
