Barbara,
Try a 456 or jkl reset. What you need is not more space in the Flash Disk
but in the Keysoft Systems Disk. That type of reset should clear out temporary
files.
If you are using version 5.0 or 5.1, I hope you have the steps for
reinstalling the spelling dictionary because my experience is that every time I
do a hard reset, I need to install the dictionary so that I can use the spell
