Hi all, If the listowner says the topic is not within the perview of the list, then it isn't. The listowner is the monarch on his list.
Gary, it doesn't really matter what we think is or isn't OT, what
matters is what the listowner thinks it OT. Therefore, taking up
bandwidth complaining is counter-productive.
