The point is that the original sender followed policy. I see few people complaining about the "I agree" posts and the fact that no one can seem to change a subject heading when the topic changes. What are we, the buyers of BNs and supporters of PDI supposed to do? Cut off any text that does not specifically deal with ONLY the Braillenote? Perhaps we shouldn't sign our messages, or quote previous ones as well.
The original post was completely appropriate, and the original response given was unkind and harsh. Why should this person come back to the list or buy anything else from PDI?
