Hi Sharon, I also use Bank of America's web site for one of my accounts. I am not sure if this has gone into effect yet, or not, but, my understanding was that after the first of the year, there would not be secure web pages any longer, because the Braille Note's Key Web is based on IE 4.
Whether this security issue is only with Bank of America, or, if it is across the board with all secure web sites, I do not know. This may not even be the problem you are experiencing, but just thought I would pass this along to you. Personally, I am no longer even accessing my account on my Voice Note, but rely on the PC.
