I believe I read a message on the list, stating that your bank was going to
deploy extra security as of 1 January.  Indeed, if this has been
implemented, there will unfortunately be no way of accessing the website
with the BrailleNote.  This is due to the fact that, as has been stated,
KeyWeb still uses Internet Explorer 4.

One suggestion you may be able to try while your PC is being worked on is
registering for telephone banking if your bank provides this service.
