Tina, You may need to plug in a stereo adaptor on the end of your neckloop in order for the BrailleNote to work with it.
Before you go that route, be sure to check the volume of the BN's output by making sure it is set high enough to be picked up by the neckloop. I'm glad to hear that Pulsedata will be looking into alternative options for those of us who are hearing impaired. I'm especially interested in having a vibrating alarm for the BN. Lisa
