Good morning, Well, I know we've discussed battery issues but I have a question. I forgot to turn off the Braille Note after reading a pattern for knitting, and the battery went flat. I plugged it in, and it charged. However after that when the battery level reached 98% it started telling me the battery is critical. Then after about 20 minutes of that it went blank. I plugged it in and let it charge. Last evening the same thing happened, so I ran the battery down, and charged it again. I'm still getting the battery is critical at about 97%, but did get to use it longer before it just stopped. I got my unit in May. What should I try next? Thanks.
