Otis, did you mean to send your angry letter to PDI? Did you mean to
send this angry note to the Braillenote list? I think you may have
sent this note to the wrong place. Why don't you calm down and then
resend your message to the people who sent you the email, not the BN
list, and not on a subject line that has nothing to do with your
problem at all.
