Penny, Note that there is a bug or undocumented limitation to Keyweb where you can only enter up to 506 characters into a text field on a webpage. Past that point, you will definitely get an exception command error message, and would need to do a reset, re-establish connection to the internet, go to that URL, and retype your entry in the edit field but this time, shortening the text to fit the 506-character limit.
