I can't answer this directly, but I can tell you that if you have to do a hard reset, you may loose the settings and partnership within the bn. So, you'll need to create the partnership again and also run bnipconfig and reprogram the pc/activesync setting into the bn again. So, I would assume from this that they are stored somewhere on the keysoft disc.
