Hello,
I am now having a problem with the BrailleNote. My BrailleNote BT32 is
running KeySoft 5.0 and I have the Multilingual feature. The set-up has
worked for much time, but it is now displaying all in Computer Braille, and
Grade II Braille is not in the Preferred Grade list. When I set the Braille
language to UK, I find that Grades I and II are available, but not in USA
Braille. I have tried erasing all files in the Dictionaries folder and
re-installing the up-date as previously suggested for a similar situation,
but to no avail. I have no idea of what I should do, so any help would be
greatly appreciated.
