Greetings, after a long time, Graham.

I had exactly the same problem as you are having, and was told to do the
following:--

1.  Reset with dots one-two-three.
2.  Delete the file called  keysoft.ksd  from the Dictionaries folder.
3.  Reinstall KeySoft version 5.0.
