Hi Brenda. As I say, we're aware of one issue in a grade II file where a string of italics will cause the speech to freeze, and we have this logged to address. I suspect it's that issue that tripped the unit up. So it isn't a bookshare issue as such but something that affects grade II Braille Files. Thanks very much for the report.
