Hello Listers: In the last day I know of someone who just received a Braille Note QT and found out Keysoft5 isn't burned in to rom. I was under the understanding after October all units would be shipped whether a BN or VN having 5.0 burned in to rom? I would be curious to see a response of people who received their units in the last month if version 5 was burned in to rom? To check to see if a unit has been, with out doing a reset, just look on the root of the flash disk meaning the none folder and if there is a file titled keysoft.exe pretty good chances the unit's rom hasn't been upgraded.
And while I have your attention, does anyone know if JFW 5.0 will work with the BN's braille display? I've heard some talk there's an issue and just curious. Thanks for listening and appreciate any feedback.
