I have what I believe is a hardware issue with my display on a Braille note
bt 18 cell with the new mother board, keysoft 4.01 in rom, and keysoft 5.1
on the flash disk. It is the following
When I turn on my Braille note and use it, the first 6 dots do not work,
they are stuck in the down position as if there was an indentation of six
spaces on the line. This happens both in keysoft version 5.1, and when I run
4.01 from rom, so I don't think it is n software issue. The weird thing is
when I turn my Braille note off all the dots rise up to there normal half
down position. When I exercise the Braille display the dots refuse to move,
but it still rises up when the thing is shut off. Appreciate any info on
what is wrong, and if there is a way supported or not to try and fix it
myself instead of having to send it in for service.
