No Kellie, that's normal. Actually, that's low. My BN right now reports a value of 33,280 and when I first had the new batteries, it said 39,996. I notice that when that number is low, the charge also doesn't last long. You see, the value reported is likewise the nominal available charge at 100% for that fully charged session. When my BN's first set of batteries had to be replaced, the value reported reached a low of 19 thousand something, even after calibrating through the speech battery test.
