Don, a thought just occured to me. What are you doing to turn the infra-red port in your phone on before you try to connect it with the BrailleNote? There are two settings on the phone, one will work, the other will not. If you go into your phone's menu and choose connectivity, and then infra-red, that won't do it. What you need to do is go into the connectivity menu, choose modem, and then the infra-red option from undre modem. Is this what you are doing?
