I am new to this list as of today, although I have been a member before. My name is Desiree, and I am from Austin Texas. I live here with my husband Chip, four month old baby Natasha, and my guide dog Pippa and pet dog Pammy. I just had my Braille note upgraded and so far love keysoft 5!!! This product has done some amazing things in the past few years. I will always be glad I made the choice to purchase it back in 2001! Anyway, I have a question. already. I am trying to get my Braille note on my home network so that I can check email and surf the web using my cable modem. I have programmed the braillenote using the ipconfig file, but I keep getting the "card not recognized" message. The card I have is socket, but I'm not sure if it is the exact model tested by pulsedata. Where can I find this specific card? Is that my only choice from here or have I done something wrong in the configuration process? Thanks in advance for any assistance. Desiree
