I do not use a bn, but perhaps Roselle's prior post on this subject may
solve your problem;  I quote:

You asked if there's a setting that will let your e-mails and web pages
appear in contracted Braille.  Yes there is a setting, actually two
settings, that you should check.  In the Braille Display options, make sure
that the setting called Preferred Reading Grade is set to grade 2 and the
setting called Text Document Reading Grade is set to Preferred Reading
Grade.
However, you said that not all e-mails and web pages display in computer
Braille.  Then this may be the bug that others have reported which some said
could be remedied by pressing the PREVIOUS and NEXT thumb keys together four
times, to cycle through the display modes, until you return to the one
you're using, say Automatic.  Others say that pressing SPACE with dot 4 and
then Space with dot 1 to return to the top of the message or page fixes
this, too.  See which one works for you.
