If your serial number happens not to have been added to the software distribution web site, then contact us at [EMAIL PROTECTED] and we can take care of that.
You'd probably have been advised if a Software Maintenance Agreement was purchased for you, however Pulse Data Humanware should be able to verify whether they have a record of you being an SMA customer or not.
