Hi Lino. One thing that may help, is listening to the two MP3 files we have on our web site that introduce you to the BrailleNote BT. Obviously, if it's a VoiceNote you're after, the references to the Braille features, such as the thumb keys, won't apply to you. However, the menu structure, and all commands that don't apply specifically to Braille, are the same on both the BrailleNote and the VoiceNote, so the tutorial will give you a good feel for the menu structure and the ease of use of the product.
