You may already have an answer to this, but to get the card out of the slot
on the side of the BN, slide your hand along that slot toward the back of
the BN, and you'll feel a little button, right before a n indentation in
the unit. Press the button, and the card will pop out.

The card that goes in the slot on the side of the braillenote is in there
good and solid and don't want to just pull it out.
Unless of course, you're supposed to pull it out.
