I am trying to pay my loan payments for school online. All went well until I
was on the Web page where I was supposed to enter my banking info. I was just
looking at the page I hadn't typed anything in yet. All of the sudden the BN
refused to move (the thumb keys. I tried exiting out of the Web page nothing.
The page was already loaded. Also whenever I accidentally type in information
wrong on this Web page I get a message saying something about Keyweb and the
reason for the problem with the information. I don't understand why Keyweb is
giving me this error message and not the Web site. Maybe the message comes
from the Web site and Keyweb knows there is a problem? I was really hoping
this site would work out. I had to do a reset without any keys held down to
get the Web page to go away. I guess when all else fails snail mail works.

Any ideas on what happened and how to prevent it? I would share the Web
address but I'd have to share my personal info to get anyone to help me figure
out what is going on. I just wondered if others have experienced this with
other Web pages. I guess the site is secure the BN doesn't say anything about
it being secure. I would hope it is secure since it is from the U.S.. Dept.
of Education.
