Jerry, it works for me! Somebody's birthday lasts all day, doesn't
it? So, that's what I did, made them last all day! It took me a
while to enter all the birthdays, but I've got them now. This is
fantastic, and so simple to download the upgrade and install it! Next
time it will not take me so long, but this time, as I wanted to be
sure I had everything right it took me about an hour. It won't take
that long next time! I did notice that while I was updating my old
files, the unit beeped and beeped and beeped and just sat there. So I
reset and all went well except that some of my appts are written in
twice. Since I only had a month's worth of appts, I'm not worried. I
suppose I could cancel them and reenter them, but I think it's because
I kept getting that network msg about looking for the DNS. I think
that may have thrown the thing off. Before I reset, I took out the
network card, and all was well.
