Dear all,

    Remember I told you about my new braille note and that its battery was not 
good and that I returned it to get a better unit?  Well, they returned the same 
item to me.  I am quite sure also that they did not even change the battery.  A 
new battery would not be at 27 percent level of power.  Right?  Besides, it is 
obvious that the machine was not even taken out of her case.  I live in Canada 
and I was told to send it to Quebec and that I will receive a new item.  What 
do I do?  It seems that my vendor is a bad vendor.
