Hi Sharen, All your files will be in a folder of some sort. The "None" folder is the main folder on all your drives. All the other folders and subfolders are sub and sub sub directories of the none folder. Have you also tried entering the folders you want and pressing space with x after you get the "List of files." prompt until you hear "list of all files? If you have subdirectories in a folder, you can press space with t at the "Folder name?" prompt and you will hear "Directory name?" You can then either hit space to get a list of sub directories in that folder, or you can type it in using slashes. I usually just get the list unless I really know the directory well and am in a tearing hurry. This is all if you have a bt keyboard, which is what I have. I don't know the commands for a qt. hth
