Jonathan, I have had the voice note only about four weeks. I have just reset it and it says keysoft 5.1 The keysync file I am using came with the CD which says version 5.0 on it. I cannot find anything relating to keysync on the pulse data website. Hi Dave. It sounds to me like you have KeySync 1.0, and not 1.1, on your PC. If you're using KeySoft 5.0, then you need to make sure you download the new KeySync from Pulse Data's Software Distribution Web Site. This is also compatible with Outlook 2003.
