Dave, right if you are using the version of KeySync that is on the 5.0 CD, 
then this is definitely the problem. Log into the software distribution 
web site at
http://pulsedata.propagation.net/SDW/User/Login.aspx

You will need to enter your serial number, that is to say the first five 
digits before the dash. The password is frog1


Alternatively, you could always ask for the 5.1 CD which contains the 
correct version of KeySync. I'll look into why you were sent the older CD 
and make sure we're including the correct one with new shipments.
