First, a program like hurl.exe won't run on the BrailleNote. The operating
system, with Keysoft on top, will not run anything unless it is
specifically written for the Braillenote, like GPS software, for example.
Files that are .mp3 will generally play on the BN. Some won't play if
either the sample rate or the bit rate aren't standard. Some others won't
play for an as yet undiscovered reason. But most mp3's will play.
Also, you can not listen to streaming audio on the BN.

Hi
I went to www.cdnow.com with the braille note, looked up a cd, and clicked
the listen to samples link. Everything went fine till I hit the listen
link for one of the samples. The download manager comes up asking where to
download a program called hurl.exe i download it then get an excepsion
command error. Am I clicking the wrong link? or, can't i listen to music
samples with the braille note? I thought they were in mp3, at least they
come up on my desktop computer running windows xp, maybe windows ce and
keysoft can't support this yet?
