I haven't found it said anywhere in the chapter about KeyWeb that IM would work 
with the BrailleNote.  I'm not sure if this is the same program you're trying 
to make work, but the names sound similar, so my guess is that the program 
you're trying wouldn't work as well.  In the User Guide, it says not to try and 
run programs that aren't specifically written for the BN, so that might be 
where your problem is coming from.  As far as your other problem, try a harder 
reset with dots 1-2-3 (or s, d, f if you have the QT) and see if that helps.  
If you're browser's corrupted, re-installing KeySoft will probably help.
