Hi Brenda,

I used to feel just as you did when I found myself in trouble.  But, it wasn't 
long until I discovered that tech support was not only helpful, but 
encouraging, as well.

If I can't find what I need from this list, I can always count on tech support 
to be there.  I hope this helps.
