Oh, I was worried that my unit had somehow gotten something and spread it to 
the list. I've never dealt with tech support, but yes, it must be listed when 
one calls that toll free number.  I usually just call my regional rep. when I 
want to order something.  I'll keep tech. support in mind.   Ann was just doing 
some good-natured teasing.  It's okay.  I just wish we could throw these virus 
writers into jail and throw away the key.
