Hi Lisa,
We had discussed another way of checking print pages before, but it turned out
not to work, so the only way I know which will work
for certain of checking the number of print pages of a Braille document is to
translate
it to text. Once you translate to text, you can follow the same procedure to
translate it back to Braille, or, if you gave the
text document a different name, and you haven't modified the text
document in any way so that it differs from the Braille document,
you can just re-open your Braille document and continue typing.
If, at another point, you want to check number of print pages,
just re-translate it again. HTH.
Maria

Subject: [Braillenote] how to determine number of print pages

 I have two questions.
 1. Is it possible to determine the number of print pages without
first translating the document into a text document? 2. Also
after I translate it to a text document and I find the number of
print pages can I convert the document back to Keyword to
continue writing in contracted Braille?
 Thanks.
 Lisa
