Hi Lisa;

I have a suggestion for you. If you are going to write a report or anything
important, why don't you save it dayly on a disk. This way, if you lose
any, you will only lose what you did that day. This is based on the idea of
saving documents on a computer frequently.
Good Luck.
I just heard from CAP about my training!

Hello, Lisa,

I understand your frustrations. You are not even alone as we all
deafblind/hearing-blind live with different kinds of frustrations!

Remember pros and cons? Even with windows nowadays, it is always unstable
and more problematic than good olden-days DOS! But it also challenges us to
think ways to kill whatever problems, so it is the same with BN here! If
this BN acts irrationally, I think of different ways to kill a problem here.
Often it works; but if not, I ask for help.

So, you, Lisa, try not to put yourself too much into frustrations. That is
a negative thinking. Think positively and forget your frustrations. Smile!

Technically speaking, with your particular problem, I am not sure why your
BN is acting like this, so someone will blast here to help you.

Todd
