Hi Jim,
This happens to me all the time.  I don't get it just when I'm trying to go 
on-line, but I get it a lot when I try to do operations with email.  It just 
happens to me after I've been doing many things at once.  Doing a reset with no 
keys held down will clear it up, so you will be able to use KeyWeb without a 
problem.  When the message comes up, it doesn't affect anything on your BN, so 
just press the reset switch, and you'll be fine.  As far as the list of 
electronic books you're requesting, I'm not exactly sure what you're talking 
about, so sorry, but I can't help you there.  Hope this helps.
