Roselle and paul, I had the same kind of problem when I tried to play a five minute interview mp3. The bn said that it couldn't play it because the sample rate was not supported. I downloaded it using the bn, and it downloaded just fine, but no go on play. How do you find out the sample rate anyway?

If you want to see something weird, go to www.gwmicro.com and >>download their mp3 tutorial. It is around 195mb. Put it on a flash card >>then try to play it with your bn media player. It won't work.
