Hi I had this same problem when I first got my braillenote so it was not with this version of Keysoft but all I did was follow the messages that I was given and it worked, if I remember right it says something like delete this years planner and then when you go into it again its there just like magic (smile). I am by no means an expert though so hopefully someone else will give you some more advice. good luck with it.
