Hello all,

Recently, I have received some complaints from customers regarding the high
number of irrelevant posts to the list from some members, many messages
containing one line with just a rhetorical question or statements that no
list member is benefiting from. Unfortunately, this has caused some people
to unsubscribe as they don't have time to sift through their email or read
posts that aren't, shell we say, furthering their knowledge.

When posting to the list, please remember to keep the content of the message
the same as the subject line of your message would suggest it is about.
Please also ensure that your messages are aimed at assisting someone on the
list or asking a question which is related to the BrailleNote that list
members can reply too.

If the rate of complaints from customers and people unsubscribing from the
list continue to be this high, I will unfortunately be forced to take
preventative measures to keep the list on track. These measures would be
taken as a last resort and not only in Pulse Data's interests, but in the
best interests of our customers who are BrailleNote list members who would
like to be able to obtain assistance from knowledgeable BrailleNote users
who haven't unsubscribed from the list due to the nature of the traffic.

Thank you all in advance for your cooperation in this matter.

Regards,
