i wouldn't return your bn.
i had a braille cell which wasn't coming up so i sent my bn to be serviced.  
when it was returned to me the braille display works fine now but i can't go on 
line using the power adaptor.  it sounds all crackly and i get a message saying 
no carrier.  it's just accationally a nuisance if i want to go online and the 
battery is low.
