Hi! Oh no, what a mess! I'm writing this on my messed-up Braille Lite and not my computer or my wonderful BnstBt ,?. I was online but had to do a reset without the ,-be-: chord because the system locked up, but I lost my settings somehow. The manual wasn't all that helpful, and I'm an Earthlink customer. A friend of mine went through them with me quickbby the first time, and i'm not sure I remember everything so here goes. If you wish to have me call you or someone privately, let me know. I don'that wish to bog the list down so early in my Braille Note career ofsmilewith. Under add a service: service name Earthlink, enter; modem to use enter using the Paidi internal one; phone number-my local earthlink dial-up number enter; by the way, if I'more out of town, how do I add a dial-up number using a in or am I opening a can of worms? I did this with my Braille Lite all the time? service user name? I think I put Earthlink down again; and entered; service password-my Earthlink password-everyi enter password or ijnore it-I know that's optional due to security concerns. emai; user name in computer braille enter; email peopleassword enter optional; pop server: popancearthlinksionet in computer braille enter; smter server: either smtpancearthlinksionet or mailancearthlinksionet in computer braille enter; and ijnore those other fields and add to record; then I think I just added to the record by doing a be-! chord or by going to the end and doing e-chord and just adding to the record and then going to add address and filbing out those fieldsdis Another separate problem.
